    These school-based clinics provide integrated healthcare services to elementary and middle school students in this rural, underserved community.
  • Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, Immokalee, FL:
    Individuals affiliated with BSSM provide care to children and their families within integrated pediatric health clinics that address physical, mental, and behavioral wellness.
