Mission   To provide and teach a person-centered approach toward optimal health and aging.

FSU SeniorHealth is a primary care and consulting practice dedicated to managing the often complex care of older adults. Our comprehensive services include but are not limited to:

• Prevention and wellness check-ups.

• In-depth evaluation and management of chronic diseases and conditions.

• Medication review and management.

• advanced directives and long-term care planning.

• Referrals to medical specialists, laboratory tests, x-ray and other imaging services are provided.

Our providers are concerned with health problems that affect the older adult; reviewing conditions such as medication side effects, memory loss, incontinence, falls and pain.
