We strive to be the premiere mental health resource for our community
FSU BehavioralHealth at Apalachee Center uses an interdisciplinary team-based approach to provide a wide range of comprehensive mental health services, from assessment and therapy services to medication management to Telemedicine and Telehealth services (for those who feel more comfortable in their home). We have behavioral health professionals who work closely to best address your needs for struggles like depression and anxiety, among others. We have the expertise to fully manage most mental health concerns, and we work closely with other specialists as needed to coordinate care for other issues.
In addition to providing recommended, best practice care for children and adults for depression, anxiety and related concerns, we work closely with numerous community partners to ensure that all patients completing a comprehensive, diagnostic assessment are connected with needed treatments and care within our community.
FSU BehavioralHealth at Apalachee Center and the FSU Mood and Anxiety Center of Excellence as a unique Teaching facility
Every licensed clinician who works in our center is also a faculty member at FSU, including the College of Medicine, and the FSU College of Nursing. Graduate-level trainees from Medicine, Nursing, Social Work and Psychology will have the chance to develop best practice clinical care skills to ensure high-quality training within our community.
