Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare

Bond Community Health Center, Inc. 

Bond Community Health Center provides comprehensive family health services to North Florida residents regardless of ability to pay. FMPP partners with Bond Community Health Center to provide the following service:

University Health Services (UHS) is located on the FSU campus and provides family medicine, women's care, and psychiatry services.  UHS primarily serves individuals associated with the university such as students and faculty. FMPP partners with UHS to provide the following service:

Bay County Health Department

Bay County Health Department is a government entity which provides multiple health and nutritional services in Bay County as well as surrounding counties. Some of the services include but are not limited to women's health, children's dental care, sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing and early cancer detection. FMPP partners with Bay County Health Department to provide the following service:

Escambia County Health Department 

Escambia County Health Department is a government entity which provides clinical and nutritional services to the citizens of Escambia county. Services include but are not limited to adolescent health care, tuberculosis (TB) test and evaluation, immunizations for children and adults, prenatal care, family planning care, adult primary care, sexually transmitted disease (STD) evaluation and treatment, HIV test, and public health services. FMPP partners with Escambia County Health Department to provide the following service:
