Three members of the Class of 2010 returned to their home campus to help mark its 10th year providing outstanding clinical education to third- and fourth-year medical students.  

Dr. L. Cordero Floyd (left) completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey- New Jersey Medical School in Newark, N.J.  He served as chief resident in his final year. He is now practicing as the associate medical director for hospital medicine at the Greater Hudson Valley Health System at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, N.J.  Floyd also has a faculty appointment as an adjunct clinical assistant professor of medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, New York, N.Y

Dr. Alison Tam (middle) completed a residency in psychiatry at Boston University Medical Center. She served as chief resident in her final year. She competed a fellowship in community psychiatry at the same location. Tam is now practicing at Boston Medical Center's Affiliated Community Health Centers. She also has a faculty appointment as director of quality improvement curriculum for the Boston University Psychiatry Residency Program.

Dr. Arif Ishmael (right) completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida, Shands Hospital. He then did a fellowship in gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition at the Buffalo School of Medicine, Buffalo, N.Y.  Ishmael is now in practice at Martin Physician Group, Gastroenterology, Stuart and Port St. Lucie.  He will be joining the faculty of the FSU College of Medicine Fort Pierce Regional Campus.
