In order to evaluate and continually improve the delivery of faculty development content at the Florida State University College of Medicine, research is being conducted.  If you choose to participate, the information you provide in any assessment associated with this faculty development activity will be collected for study and research purposes, including, but not limited to, making presentations and writing grant proposals. Participation in this study is voluntary.  Participants will be asked to spend approximately 15 minutes completing assessments.  If you choose not to participate there will be no penalty.  It will not affect your faculty development and/or CME credit.  The results of the research study may be published, but your name will not be used.  Data collected will be stored on a secure, password protected server and will be accessed only by College of Medicine staff.  Due to the ongoing nature of this research project, data will be kept permanently on the COM server.
