Richard Rasmussen
Mr. Rassmussen serves as vice president for legislative affairs for the Florida Hospital Association, where he develops policy recommendations on terrorism.
David Sly, Ph.D.
Dr. Sly teaches at FSU's Center for the Study of Populations and is senior research fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He has written extensively on the areas of behavior, social health issues and demography.

Dr. Teaf is associate director of both the Center for Biomedical and Toxicological Research and Waste Management and the Institute for International Cooperative Environmental Research at FSU.

John Todaro is a trained emergency technician and nurse and serves as Director of Education for the Florida Emergency Medicine Foundation.
Bernd Wollschlaeger, M.D.
The Governor's appointee to the Florida Domestic Security Taskforce and chair of the Florida Medical Association's Taskforce on Emergency Preparedness, Dr. Wollschlaeger is medical director of the Aventura Family Health Center in North Miami Beach.
