Overview

The aging demographic has created a geriatrics educational imperative to infuse innovative geriatric training opportunities into crowded medical school curricula.

The following pages outline the undergraduate, graduate, and continuing medical education curricula developed under a Donald W. Reynolds Foundation grant opportunity and provide examples of integrated curriculum documents.

Service learning opportunities were created for students to make meaningful contributions to the community by serving the underserved, elderly population. The following page provides links to documents that describe the service learning activities and provide student examples of presentations.
