The program also lists similar resources that clinicians can give to their patients. Resources included topics such as diabetes, genitourinary conditions, mental health, and muscle, bone, and joint conditions.

Healthiest Weight Florida: A Life Course Approach - This monograph was produced as collaboration between the Florida Department of Health and the Florida Medical Association (FMA).
