In order to obtain your FSU Employee ID, you must provide a valid driver's license, military ID, or current passport along with your official College of Medicine offer letter to the FSU Card Center Office.
Activate your FSUID at campus.fsu.edu . Click on the link Activate your FSUID. Follow the instructions for identifying yourself and set up a password. It may take up to 4 hours before your FSUID is activated. Have your FSU Card and Social Security number available. You must be an active employee. If you are uncertain of your employee status, check with the HR representative in your department. This action will create an email account if you do not already have an account.
OMNI is a system used for financial and human resource administration needs. The most common use for a Faculty member is entering and approving of time. To login, follow these steps:
Training for OMNI can be found at omni.training.fsu.edu.
Parking permits are required on all vehicles parking in non-metered spaces between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Faculty/Staff are required to park in an "Râ€? lot spaces, outlined in red on the campus parking map.
To obtain a parking permit, take the following to Parking Services: College of Medicine Offer Letter, FSU ID Card and Vehicle Tag number.
Faculty/Staff may also obtain a gate entry remote for a one-time fee of $30.00.
As a new employee, you are required to complete the New Employee Online Orientation.
When you have completed the program, please make sure that you print out the Certification of Completion form and fax to the Training Office, at 644-9312.

All insurance programs are voluntary and include pre-tax and post-tax options. People First is the benefits plan administrator for all pre-tax benefits for the State. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to processing enrollments of pre-tax insurance, processing qualifying status changes (QSC), verification of dependent eligibility and COBRA benefits.
