Electives

The Department offers several electives in Family Medicine related topics including: MEL 7254 Family Medicine in Underserved Populations; MEL 7259 Family Medicine in Urgent Care Setting; MEL 7381 Family Medicine Research & Scholarly Activity; MEL 7249 Family Medicine with Special Emphasis on Sports Medicine; MEL 7323 Health Plan and Medical Management; MEL 7258 Rural Family Medicine; MEL 7242 Special Topics in Family Medicine.

Additionally, Family Medicine faculty participate in and direct electives in topics dealing with Global Health, Wilderness Medicine and other fields.
