Dr. Chris Mulrooney received his Ph.D. in Psychology/Gerontological Studies from Boston University and his Master of Professional Studies in Gerontological Services Administration from the New School for Social Research in New York City. Dr. Mulrooney oversees the day-to-day operations of FMPP and maintains affiliations between the College and its clinical partnership sites. Prior to joining FSU, Dr. Mulrooney spent thirty years in healthcare direct service and executive roles. He is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators and a member of the Medical Group Management Association.
Mrs. Dawn Snyder is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the Florida Medical Practice Plan.
Mollie Hill assisted in the establishment of the FSU COM regional campuses including the network of physicians to serve as community clinical faculty for FSU medical students. Mrs. Hill is responsible for working with health care partners in each of the community clinical sites to provide educational opportunities for the medical students. Prior to joining FSU, Mrs. Hill worked as the executive director for the Capital Medical Society for 16 years.
Heather Smith has been working for the State of Florida for almost 13 years, of which the last five years have been with the Florida Medical Practice Plan. As part of FMPP, she prepares/enters accounting transactions for accounts payable/ receivable and completes daily bank reconciliations. Recently she has been working with the Graduate Medical Education Department as needed and scheduling appointments for our FSU Senior Health Clinic (Doctors' Memorial Medical Plaza).
