Dr. Adam Bright
Dr. Adam Bright, Sarasota Memorial Hospital's chief of surgery, has been elected president of the Florida Orthopedic Society, a professional association representing about 1,100 surgeons in the state. He will take office at the organization's annual meeting in Orlando later this month. In addition to his work at SMH, Bright practices at Schofield, Hand and Bright Orthopedics. He has served in various leadership positions with the orthopedic society including recent terms as first and second vice president and as secretary.
