Barry A. Ripps, MD, FSU College of Medicine Clinical Professor, Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program, is Director of the Residency Research Program. Dr. Ripps and New Leaders in Fertility and Endocrinology (NewLIFE) began providing services on the Gulf Coast of Florida in 1994 and established a state-of-the-art fertility laboratory in 2001. Dr. Ripps is Board Certified in both Ob/Gyn and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (a subspecialty of Ob/Gyn) and the laboratory is College of American Pathologist (CAP) Accredited.
NewLIFE was recently recognized as the "Best Fertility Practice in Florida” by FindtheBest.com. This objective ranking was based not only on how many successful IVF pregnancies/deliveries but also the lowest number of multiple pregnancies.
