Biosketch

Dr. Johnson is an Associate Professor in the Florida State University College of Medicine PA Program. He has been in clinical practice as a physician assistant in the fields of family medicine, internal medicine (including geriatrics), and emergency medicine for over twenty years. He entered the medical field in the US Air Force working first in the medical laboratory and then as a physician assistant in family medicine. He retired from Air Force in 2004. He currently continues clinical practice one day a week in an internal medicine clinic.
