Biosketch
|
|
Dr. Lloyd has a long and distinguished career in medical education. She was associate professor and director of geriatric programs at East Tennessee State University, where she also served as director of the Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology. She was course director for the geriatric elective in the Department of Internal Medicine and for the primary care geriatric rotation. A member of the American Geriatrics Society and past president of the Tennessee Geriatrics Society, Dr. Lloyd has a national reputation in geriatrics and rehabilitation in the elderly, and has served on state and national forums addressing problems of aging. |
