Leon County SSTRIDE
Coordinator
LaToya Hill is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Information Management and Masters’ of Science in Health Administration. Ms. Hill has been employed with the College of Medicine since 2004 as a program assistant and later took on the role as the Leon County SSTRIDE coordinator in 2005. Ms. Hill is a unique asset to this program because she was once a student when the program began in 1994. Ms. Hill coordinates all aspects of the pre-college program which includes approximately 70 Leon County middle and high school students, 2 teachers, and supervision of approximately 20 college students. She is in charge of managing the operations and implementation of all SSTRIDE outreach programs located in Leon County at the middle and high school level.
