Financial Aid Information - Fall 2007 Financial Aid Disbursement

* Students please be advised that it is possible for your financial aid
to take up to 2 weeks for disbursement from the first day of classes.
The dates above are target dates only; therefore, please have at
least 2 weeks of finances available.*

IMPORTANT NOTICES

FSU EMAIL Notice: It is important that all students check their FSU email account at least three times a week. This email account is the official method by which the University will communicate with students concerning financial obligations.  If you need help forwarding your garnet email account to another address (for example your College of Medicine email account), please contact the College of Medicine Help Desk at 850-644-3664.

Disbursement Authorization: In order for Student Financial Services to apply a student’s financial aid to his or her tuition, a student must fill out a Disbursement Authorization Statement. This form may now be found online at: http://mymoney.fsu.edu.

Disbursement by Mail and EFT: If you selected for your disbursement to be made be mail, please update your address by the fourth day of the semester. Please allow at least four business days for delivery. If you selected for your disbursement to be made by EFT (direct deposit) please be sure to open your SunTrust account by the fourth day of the semester.
