Seminole Service Day 2017

Bookmark and Share

The Seminole Club of Naples volunteered their time at the Immokalee Health Education Site in honor of Seminole Service Day on Saturday March 18th.

They helped build vegetables gardens that will be used by patients learning about healthy eating. The project is part of a larger Healthy Campus joint program between FSU–Immokalee and UF Extension Family Nutrition Program. This is the fifth year the Club has taken a day to provide service to the people of Immokalee and the FSU campus. The Club donated a Seminole Chime which will be used in the garden.
